David is the Managing Partner at Key Partners and heads up operations and development. David is responsible for overseeing all operations, ensuring the company is meeting its goals and objectives, and making the tough decisions required to keep the company moving forward. He an industry leader and innovator in all aspects of the development life cycle from planning and design to ground up construction and sales.
David started his career in software as the co-founder of Softech & Associates, Inc, a premier IBM partner and a software solution provider for fortune 500 companies since 1994. David then took his detail-oriented project management and execution skills into the real estate development and construction business: starting Keystone DCS. For the last 10 years, David has lead Keystone DCS to be one of the leading development and construction companies in Orange County. Keystone has completed over 35 projects and is currently developing multiple projects that will exceed over 600 million in value.
David received his B.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLA.
