Key Partner’s Tom Nguyen represented the Seller in the sale of a 12 acre vacant land located in Arcadia, CA for $58.5 Million.  The site was fully entitled for a 277 unit townhome development within a gated community.  This represents one of the largest for sale residential projects to hit Arcadia in a long time.
