The property is located in the heart of “Little Saigon” – home to the largest population of Vietnamese outside of Vietnam and includes a business district that features over 7000 Vietnamese businesses and services. The center consists of approximately 39,700 SF of GLA, situated on approximately 2.34 acres of land.
