The center is uniquely located in the heart of Little Saigon – a thriving community of over 7000 Vietnamese owned businesses and home to the largest population of Vietnamese outside of Vietnam. The Asian themed center consists of approximately 44,700 SF of GLA situated on approximately 3.87 acres of land. The center was 98% occupied at the time of purchase.
